I can’t resist coconut. Every couple of weeks my boss will stop at Dixie Cream Donuts (best in Fort Pierce, believe it) at make sure they put something with coconut in the box. Then everyone at work is like “Oooooohhhhhh, Tammy better run an extra five miles tonight!”
OK, so my marathon is still 6 months away. The next 4-4.5 months are going to be crazy hot. I will probably be doing a lot of running on the treadmill, like the majority of my training. Does anyone have any tips or advice on adjusting my training? Anything would help! Thanks!

The plan is 3 miles after work tonight and 8 before the sun comes up in the morning. Tomorrow night will be a late one (hopefully LOL) so I’m taking Sunday off.
I didn’t even realize how directionless I felt in my workouts until I registered for the marathon. I guess I’m just one of those people that has to have a concrete goal to be motivated.
I look forward to using this Saturday night on a man who has been taking me for granted. LOL

134 pounds. I don’t normally weigh in ever, but you guys reminded me this morning. I really have no feelings at all about my weight these days. As long as my body can do what I need it to do and my clothes fit I’m good.
4 miles tonight? Maybe in the rain? I think so.
