You are just the best! I have changed my eating so much since the end of April and I really thought I would see a bigger difference. I have a pic from June 1 and I’m going to take another one August 1. That will tell the tale, I guess, but I feel like the difference is minimal.
Feeling like my progress has slowed to a crawl. As soon as I sign a lease on a new place I am joining a gym and finding a trainer.
My 12 year old was walking out the door and told me he was “going to train.” I asked him what kind of training he was doing and he said he was working on his pull ups.
