For the chicken and broccoli: I baked and shredded a pound of chicken breast and added that to about 3/4 of a bag of broccoli slaw. I mixed that with 2 T. hoisin sauce, 1T. rice wine vinegar, 1T. low sodium soy, and 1tsp. minced ginger. You can eat that hot or cold.
For the oatmeal bars:
Mix it all together and bake it at 350 for about 35 minutes.
I hope you enjoy! Have a great Sunday!
Because I want to drink during the game and I don’t trust myself to get it done tonight. So here’s what I’ve got:
It took 2.5 hours to cook all that and clean it up, but I have all of my breakfasts and lunches ready to go for the week.
I am happy to provide recipes…just inbox me if you’re interested.
When you’ve had an amazing weekend without enough sleep
I forgot my lunch and my reading teacher was mean.
…and a leasing agent walks in with a potential resident as I’m knocking out a set of burpees. I hear her say, “And here is all of our fitness equipment, and we even have a personal trainer over there.”
If my life had gone differently I would be celebrating my 17 year wedding anniversary today to a man who just turned 51. Instead I woke up to a very sexy text from a very hot 25 year old.
I am all about that meal prep and clean eating, but I have to travel this week for a “profitability seminar” (how boring does that sound) so I am unable to pack my food. I am at the mercy of local restaurants and the snacks they provide (last time it was danishes and bagels).
